Specklinia är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Mexiko, Centralamerika, Västindien, norra Sydamerika, västra Sydamerika, södra Sydamerika, Brasilien och södra Sydamerika. Släktet består av runt 110 arter.

Arter i släktet Specklinia är epifyter till litofyter med ett sympodialt växtsätt. De är miniatyrer till medelstora växter som har blommor på längre skaft. Bladen är spatelformade till elliptiska. Blomman sitter ensam eller tillsammans med flera på ett blomskaft och varierar i färg från grulgrön, vit, rosa, lila, vinröd och flerfärgad.
