Guamatelaceae är en familj med ett monotypiskt släkte. Den enda arten, Guamatela tuerckheimii är en buske som är hemmahörande i Mexiko och Centralamerika.

Släktet i denna familj brukade tidigare ingå i Rosaceae men i APG III placeras familjen i Crossosomatales.
