Astephanus är ett släkte som omfattar 2 arter i familjen oleanderväxter. Växterna i släktet är klätterväxter med små stjärnformade blommor i samlingar. Utbredningsområdet är i sydvästligaste Sydafrika i områden där det regnar på vintern.
