Alamania är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Mexiko.
Arten i släktet Alamania är epifyt med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Blomman är röd och cirka 1,2 centimeter i diameter. Den sitter tillsammans med fler på samma stjälk.
