Macroclinium är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Mexiko, Centralamerika, norra Sydamerika, västra Sydamerika och Brasilien. De har sitt habitat på höjder från 400 till 1900 meter över havet. Släktet består av cirka 49 arter.

Arter i släktet är epifyta örter som har pseudobulber. Ur pseudobulben utvecklas elliptiska blad som sitter likt en solfjäder. Från basen av plantan utvecklas ett blomskaft. På blomskaftet utvecklas ett flertal blommor.

Arterna är besläktade med arter i släktet Notylia.

Typart för släktet är M. roseum. Det vetenskapliga namnet Macroclinium fick släktet av João Barbosa Rodrigues.
