Guzmania palustris är en flerårig epifyt i juvelblomssläktet i familjen ananasväxter.

Bladen är lansettformade, 15 till 20 centimeter långa och 5 centimeter breda nedtill. Blomstjälken är 15 till 20 centimeter hög och överst på den sitter blommorna i en rund samling som omges av högblad. Blomfärgen är citrongul.

Denna art är endemisk i Colombia i västra Sydamerika.
