Bulbophyllum bisetum är en art i bulbofyllumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i fuktiga skogar längs bergssluttningar på höjder från 1500 till 2000 meter i Assam, Indien, Nepal, Thailand och östra Himalaya
B. bisetum är mycket små örter som är epifyta med ett sympodialt växtsätt och har pseudobulber. Arten bildar små tuvor med hjälp av rhizomer mellan pseudobulberna. Bladen är elliptiska och ett ensamt blad utvecklas ur pseudobulben. Blomman är rödrosa och blir upp till 7 millimeter i diameter. Den utvecklas på ett blomskaft som blir 3 till 7 centimeter långt. Från 4 till 20 blommor utvecklas samtidigt på samma blomskaft hängande från basen av stammen.
B. bisetum trivs bäst i ljusdunkel skugga till halvskugga och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 15 till 19°C. Blomning sker från sommaren till tidig höst.
