Spongotrichum är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen asterväxter. Växterna i släktet är buskar som blir mellan 90 och 120 centimeter höga. Bladen är linjära och mycket smala. Blomkorgarna är små och sitter i samlingar ytterst på grenarna. Utbredningsområdet är i södra Australien.
