Pseudopegolettia är ett släkte som omfattar 2 arter i familjen asterväxter. Växterna i släktet är små, fleråriga örter med linjära blad. Blomkorgarna är 1,5 till 2,5 centimeter i diameter och de sitter ensamma eller några få tillsammans överst på stjälkarna. Blomfärgen är lila. Utbredningsområdet är i södra Afrika.
