Neogardneria är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Brasilien.

Arten i släktet är epifyta örter som har avlånga pseudobulber. Ur pseudobulben utvecklas upp till 2 blad som är linjära till lansettformade. Från basen av plantan utvecklas ett upprättväxande blomskaft som blir 10 till 25 centimeter långt. Från 3 till 6 glest sittande blommor utvecklas samtidigt på samma blomskaft. Blomman doftar.

Systematik

Typart för släktet är N. murrayana. Det vetenskapliga namnet Neogardneria fick släktet Leslie Andrew Garay.
