Neocuatrecasia är ett släkte som omfattar knappt 15 arter i familjen asterväxter. Växterna i släktet är fleråriga örter varav en del är krypande. Blomkorgarna sitter i samlingar. Blomfärgen är vit. Utbredningsområdet är i Bolivia och Peru i västra Sydamerika.
