Grobya är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Brasilien. Släktet består av cirka 5 arter.

Arter i släktet är epifyter. De har korta, grenade rhizomer som utvecklar ovala pseudobulber. Bladen är långa och smalt elliptiska. Från basen av pseudobulben utvecklas ett blomskaft på vilket flertalet blommor utvecklas tillsammans.

Systematik

Typart för släktet är G. amherstiae. Det vetenskapliga namnet Grobya fick släktet av John Lindley för att hedra lord Grey of Groby, en engelsk orkidéentusiast som donerade pengar till botanisk forskning och stöttade även botaniker med deras expeditioner.
