Epidendrum farallonense är en art i epidendrumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i molnskogar längs bergssluttningar på höjder från 1900 till 2050 meter i det colombianska departementet Valle del Cauca.

E. farallonense är en liten epifyt med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Bladen är elliptiska och sitter infästa direkt på stammen. Blomman är blekgrön och blir upp till 2 centimeter i diameter. Från 2 till 9 blommor utvecklas samtidigt i änden av stammen.

E. farallonense trivs bäst i ljusdunkel skugga till halvskugga och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 10 till 19°C. Blomning sker under våren.
