Epidendrum compressibulbum är en art i epidendrumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i fuktiga skogar längs Andernas sluttningar på höjder från 600 till 1000 meter i Peru.

E. compressibulbum är en liten epifyt med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Bladen är elliptiska och sitter infästa direkt på stammen. Blomman är orange och blir upp till 4 millimeter i diameter. Den utvecklas på ett blomskaft som blir 25 till 30 centimeter långt. Från 70 till 100 blommor utvecklas på ett grenat blomskaft.

E. compressibulbum trivs bäst i starkt ljus eller fullt solljus och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 19 till 24°C. Blomning sker under hösten.
