Cyrtanthus ventricosus är en flerårig ört i doboliljesläktet i familjen amaryllisväxter.

Löken är äggrund och knappt 4 centimeter i diameter. Plantan har 4 till 5 linjära blad som växer fram först efter blomningen.

Blomstjälken är lilaaktig och 15 centimeter hög. Överst på den sitter 4 till 5 blommor i en flock. Blommorna är smalt trattformade, knappt 4 centimeter långa och färgen är ljusröd.

Utbredningsområdet är i Kapprovinserna i Sydafrika.
