Bulbophyllum aristilabre är en art i bulbofyllumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i fuktiga skogar längs dalgångar på höjder från havsnivå till 600 meter på Nya Guinea.
B. aristilabre är små örter som är epifyta med ett sympodialt växtsätt och har pseudobulber. Arten bildar små tuvor med hjälp av rhizomer mellan pseudobulberna. Bladen är omvänt lansettformade och ett ensamt blad utvecklas ur pseudobulben. Blomman är vit med kraftiga röd anstrykningar och blir upp till 9,5 centimeter i diameter. Den utvecklas på ett blomskaft som blir 5 till 6 centimeter långt. En ensam blomma utvecklas på blomskaftet upprättväxande i änden av stammen.
B. aristilabre trivs bäst i ljusdunkel skugga till halvskugga och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 24 till 29°C. Blomning sker från våren till sommaren.
