Acrorchis är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Centralamerika.
Arten i släktet Acrorchis är epifyta örter med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Blomman är vit med rosa inslag och blir cirka 12 millimeter i diameter. Den sitter ensam på en kort stjälk.
