Pleonotoma clematis är en klätterväxt i släktet Pleonotoma i familjen katalpaväxter.
Bladen är lansettformade till ovala, något spetsiga, upp till 10 centimeter långa och 1,5 till 4,5 centimeter breda. Blommorna är trattformade och 2,5 till 5 centimeter långa. Färgen är vit, gulvit eller gul. Svalget är gult eller ljusrosa. De sitter i små samlingar. Frukten är en kapsel som blir 35 centimeter lång men bara 1 centimeter bred.
Utbredningsområdet är i norra Sydamerika samt i Colombia och norra Brasilien.
