Lophopappus är ett släkte som omfattar 4 arter i familjen asterväxter. Växterna i släktet är månggreniga buskar. Blomkorgarna sitter ensamma eller i kompakta samlingar ytterst på grenarna. Varje korg innehåller ett fåtal småblommor. Blomfärgen är vit eller gulvit och vanligen doftar blommorna sött. Utbredningsområdet är i västra och södra Sydamerika.
