Isotoma fluviatilis är en flerårig ört i stjärnlobeliasläktet i familjen klockväxter. Den sprider sig genom att rota sig från nerliggande stjälkar. Blommorna sitter ensamma i bladvecken. Blomfärgen är vit eller ljusblå. Utbredningsområdet är i södra och östra Australien.
