Lycium distichum är en buske i bocktörnesläktet i familjen potatisväxter.

Denna buske är rikt förgrenad. Unga skott, och ibland även äldre grenar, är försedda med smala, vassa taggar. Bladen är avlångt ovala, äggrunda eller spatelformade. De är småludna, upp till 1,5 centimeter långa och upp till 0,5 centimeter breda.

Blommorna är trumpetformade. Den rörformade delen är drygt 1 centimeter lång och knappt 0,5 centimeter i diameter. Blomfärgen är vit med lila flikar. Svalget är något ludet.

Utbredningsområdet är i Peru och norra Chile i västra till sydvästra Sydamerika.
