Bulbophyllum andreeae är en art i bulbofyllumsläktet och familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i fuktiga skogar längs bergssluttningar på höjder från 1200 till 1900 meter på Moluckerna, Nya Guinea, Salomonöarna och Sulawesi.

B. andreeae är små örter som är epifyta med ett sympodialt växtsätt och har pseudobulber. Arten bildar små tuvor med hjälp av rhizomer mellan pseudobulberna. Bladen är elliptiska och ett ensamt blad utvecklas ur pseudobulben. Blomman är röd till rosa med gul läpp och blir upp till 3,5 centimeter i diameter. Den utvecklas på ett blomskaft som blir 15 till 20 centimeter långt. Från 3 till 5 blommor utvecklas samtidigt på samma blomskaft hängande från basen av stammen.

B. andreeae trivs bäst i full skugga och en genomsnittlig nattemperatur från 15 till 19°C. Blomning sker från hösten till vintern.
