Austrocylindropuntieae är en tribus i underfamiljen Opuntioideae och familjen kaktusväxter som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i södra- och västra Sydamerika.[2]
Tribus Austrocylindropuntieae skapades av Robert S. Wallace och Steven L. Dickie efter ett antal DNA studier av arter i underfamiljen Opuntioideae.[3]
