Pachyplectron är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i Nya Kaledonien i sydvästra Stilla havet.

Arter i släktet Pachyplectron är markväxande med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Blomman är relativt liten och sitter i samlingar likt ett ax på en lång stjälk.
