Sauroglossum är ett släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i västra Sydamerika, Brasilien och södra Sydamerika. Släktet består av 11 arter.

Arter i släktet Sauroglossum är markväxande med ett sympodialt växtsätt. De har sitt habitat från 1000 till 3000 meters höjd över havet. Blomman sitter i samlingar som liknar glesa ax på en lång stjälk.
