Erythrocephalum är ett släkte som omfattar 15 arter i familjen asterväxter. Växterna i släktet är halvbuskar eller ettåriga örter. Blomkorgarna sitter ensamma eller i samlingar. Strålblommorna är vanligen röda men ibland vita eller rosa. Diskblommorna är röda. Utbredningsområdet är i tropiskt klimat i västcentrala, östra och södra Afrika.
