Dossinia är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde på Borneo i Malesien.
Arten i släktet Dossinia är markväxande med ett sympodialt växtsätt. Blomman är vit med rödbruna inslag och blir cirka 1 centimeter bred.
