Clematepistephium är ett monotypiskt släkte i familjen orkidéer som har sitt naturliga utbredningsområde i sydvästra Stilla havet, närmare bestämt i Nya Kaledonien.

Arten i släktet är en epifyt ört som växer likt en klängväxt. Bladen är elliptiska. Blomman utvecklas tillsamman med upp till 6 andra blommor på samma blomskaft. Den växer i regnskogar på höjder från 150 till 1200 meter över havet.

Systematik

Typart för släktet är C. smilacifolium. Det vetenskapliga namnet Clematepistephium fick släktet av Nicolas Hallé.
