Acanthostachys pitcairnioides är en art i släktet Acanthostachys i familjen ananasväxter. Bladen är rödaktiga och bildar rosetter. Blommorna är blå. Utbredningsområdet är i östra Brasilien. Arten ingick tidigare i släktet Aechmea.
